Oversees training functions, i.e. managing training budget, evaluating staff. Conducts and coordinates training in accord with assigned areas and subjects. Arranges programs and training schedules, conducts training, maintains records of participants and costs, manages outside training vendor relationships, provides advice to managers on specific training issues. Analyzes training and development needs and evaluates the effectiveness of different programs. Coordinates the development of reference guides and training manuals.
